If a message is printing that is different to the one selected then follow these steps:

1. Pull the blue lever and lift the meter off the base.
2. Turn the meter upside down
3. Look inside, there is a four sided stamp.
4. Turn the stamp until the required stamp is facing upwards.
5. Place the meter back in the base.
6. Once this process has been completed, you may continue to meter your mail.
