If your meter does not have funds available, the following steps will assist you. - Call our National Call Centre, on 132363, to obtain a four digit code prior to clearing your 'inspection due' message. Our consultants will need to know your used and unused postage readings.
Once you have called the National Call Centre then you can follow the steps below: - Please enter 6223
- Press the 'reset' key
- Enter '5' (no decimal)
- Press 'enter' twice
- Then key in the four digit number you have been give by our consultant
- Then press 'enter' and the message will be cleared from the screen.
